1. We are a listing platform

Rental companies list their cars on this website and customers contact them directly. We are not a car rental company and we are not a party to any rental agreement. We do not take bookings or payments.

Prices, availability, deposits, insurance and rental conditions are set by each rental company. Always confirm them with the company before you rent.

2. For customers

To rent a car in the UAE you normally need a valid driving licence accepted in the UAE, your passport or Emirates ID, and to meet the company's minimum age. The rental company decides these requirements.

Any rental agreement, payment, deposit, fine, toll (such as Salik or Darb) or dispute is between you and the rental company.

3. For rental companies

You must hold a valid trade licence and all permits required to rent vehicles in the UAE, and your cars must be properly registered and insured.

Listings must be accurate, honest and up to date, including prices and conditions. You are responsible for the content and photos you upload, and you confirm you have the right to use them. You allow us to show this content on the website.

We review companies and cars before they go live. We may refuse, hide or remove listings or accounts that break these terms, receive complaints, or harm customers.

Reply to enquiries promptly and use customer details only to deal with their request.

4. Things not allowed

Sending spam or false enquiries, posting misleading listings, copying the website's content automatically, trying to access accounts or areas you are not allowed to, or using the website for anything illegal.

5. Liability

We work to keep the website accurate and available, but we provide it "as is". As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for the cars, services, prices or conduct of rental companies, or for losses resulting from a rental.

6. Changes, law and contact

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai, whose courts handle any disputes.
