1. What this website does
We are a listing website. Car rental companies list their cars here and you contact them directly by WhatsApp, phone or our enquiry form. We do not rent cars ourselves and we do not take any payments.
2. Information we collect
When you send an enquiry: your name, mobile number, and if you choose to give them, your email address, rental dates, pick-up emirate and message.
When a rental company creates an account: the contact person's name and email address, a password (stored only in scrambled, hashed form) and the company details it enters.
Technical information: to stop spam we keep a one-way scrambled (hashed) code made from your internet (IP) address, never the address itself. We also count clicks on WhatsApp and Call buttons without storing who clicked.
3. Why we use it
To pass your enquiry to the rental company you chose to contact, so it can reply to you.
To run accounts for rental companies, check companies before their cars are published, and show them how many enquiries they receive.
To keep the website safe and prevent spam and misuse.
4. Who we share it with
The rental company you contact receives your enquiry details. That company is responsible for how it then uses your data; please read its own privacy terms.
We use trusted service providers to host the website, store data and send emails. Some of them may process data outside the UAE; we only use providers that protect data appropriately.
We do not sell your personal data and we do not use it for advertising.
5. Cookies
We only use cookies that the website needs to work: one remembers your language (English or Arabic), and rental companies who log in get login cookies. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
6. How long we keep data
Enquiries are kept for up to 24 months and then deleted. Company accounts are kept while they are active and deleted on request.
7. Your rights
You can ask us to show, correct or delete your personal data, or object to how we use it. Email us at contact@clickndrive.ae. We will reply within the time required by law.
8. Children
This website is meant for adults. Please do not send us information about children.
